KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA 

Documents required for admission 2020-21 for class I and all other classes of fresh admission (if applicable):

For class I:

1. Date of birth certificate in the name of the child.

2. Proof of relationship in case of grandchildren of Hon’ble Member of Parliament and KVS employee.

3. Caste certificate in case of SC/ST/EWS/OBC (Non-Creamy layer)/ BPL wherever applicable.

4. Service certificate showing the number of transfers during the preceding 7 years as on 31.03.2020 duly signed and stamped by the head of the office.

5. A certificate of retirement for uniformed Defence employees

6. Proof of Residence.

7. Affidavit in case of Single Girl Child 

8. A certificate from civil surgeon/rehabilitation center or any other competent authority defined by the government of India O.M No.36035/5/Esst.(sct) dated 4.5.1999 certifying the child is handicapped, wherever applicable.

For class II and onwards including class XI:

1. Transfer certificate

2. Caste certificate in case of SC/ST/EWS/OBC (Non-Creamy layer)/ BPL wherever applicable.

3. Service certificate showing the number of transfers during the preceding 7 years duly signed and stamped by the head of the office.

4. A certificate of retirement for uniformed Defence employees

5. Proof of Residence

6. Affidavit in case of Single Girl Child.

 

(NOTE: At the time of admission either of the parent’s caste certificates may be accepted. However, within 3 months a certificate in the name of the child must be produced otherwise the admission will be liable to be cancelled without assigning any reason thereof).
